Warranty Policy: 3 Days with Open Box Video Requirement
We offer a limited warranty period of 3 days starting from the day you receive your camera. To activate this warranty, we require you to create an unboxing video immediately after receiving the package. This video should clearly show the unsealing of the box, the condition of the camera upon arrival, and the initial functionality test.

Return and Refund Policy for Tested Cameras
The camera has been fully tested, and we can tell that it is im perfect working order. Please look at the pictures and let us know if you think the camera is in good shape. Please keep in mind that, because of the detail with which the digital cameras are tested, we cannot accept any refund or return requests based only on the condition of the camera that after 3 days.

Pre-order Policy and Deposit Requirement
To secure a preorder, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required. By placing this deposit, you agree to proceed with the purchase once the product is arrived Malaysia. The remaining 70% must be paid before the camera is shipped, and we will notify you when the balance is due with payment instructions. Your preorder will be confirmed upon successful processing of the deposit, and you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
